Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HRBP Manager to support business leaders in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role will act as a trusted partner to drive people strategies aligned with business goals enhance organizational effectiveness and support rapid growth and transformation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

  • Provide guidance on organizational design workforce planning and talent management.

  • Drive performance management processes including goal setting reviews and calibration.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive company culture.

  • Manage employee relations concerns ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Support change management initiatives in a dynamic and evolving fintech environment.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and manpower planning.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business performance.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.

  • Support compensation and benefits programs in alignment with market trends.


Qualifications & Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in human resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience: 610 years of HR experience with at least 35 years in an HRBP or managerial role.

  • Industry Context: Experience in fintech banking lending or financial services industry is highly preferred.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Leadership: Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders; strong background in employee relations performance management and organizational development.

  • Skills: Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-growth or startup environments.

  • Exposure to regional or global HR operations.

  • Background in data-driven HR or HR analytics.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CHRP SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP) are an advantage.
