Job Summary
Position: Manager (Value Added Division)
Location: Cochin
Qualification: B.E / Food Technology / Related
Experience: Min 10 Years of R&D / Product Development Experience in Breaded & Battered Products
Salary: 18 LPA - 20 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
& Loss (P&L) and Financial Management:
Assume complete ownership of the P&L ensuring the achievement of revenue targets
& Value-Added Processing:
Oversee the entire breaded shrimp production process.
Develop production schedules that align with sales forecasts and export order deadlines ensuring optimal utilization of processing lines and labour.
& Food Safety:
Ensure 100% compliance with international food safety standards such as HACCP BRC BAP ASC FDA and EU regulations.
Management:
Manage relationships with suppliers of specialized inputs like breadcrumbs batter mixes and packaging materials.
