Position: Key Account Manager New Business Acquisition
What Youll Do:
New Corporate Customer Acquisition:Lead efforts to win new business (B2B Clients) identify growth opportunities and bring in new accounts that align with our vision and goals.
Negotiation & Deal-Making:Take charge of contract negotiations with key clients ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Lyreco while establishing strong long-lasting partnerships.
Strategic Account Planning:Develop and execute strategic account plans that not only drive revenue growth but also deepen relationships with key clients anticipating and meeting their evolving needs.
Client Development:Build and nurture relationships with clients identifying new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell ensuring that we consistently exceed their expectations.
Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (product development marketing etc.) to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients needs and support business goals.
Stay Organized:Keep everything up-to-date in Salesforce for clear tracking and reporting.
What You Need to Succeed:
Education:A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Experience:Proven success as a Key Account Manager with a strong focus on winning new business and executing strategic account plans in a B2B setting.
Sales Expertise:A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and consistently bringing in new clients.
Negotiation Skills:Expert-level contract negotiation skills with experience securing favorable terms and building long-term profitable relationships.
Strategic Thinking:Strong ability to develop and execute strategic account plans with a keen understanding of market dynamics client needs and industry trends.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
CRM Knowledge:Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to manage accounts track sales activities and monitor progress.
Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced constantly changing business environment while maintaining focus on key priorities.
Transportation:Must have a personal car and a valid driving license for client visits.
