Job Summary
Shape the future of enterprise AI as Senior Specialist Solutions Architect for AI at AWS Mexico. This high-impact role positions you at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and business transformation working directly with C-suite executives to architect transformative solutions that fundamentally reshape how Mexicos most strategic organizations leverage artificial intelligence. Youll establish yourself as the definitive thought leader architecting breakthrough solutions spanning machine learning generative AI and agentic capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
We seek candidates with ability for deep technical experience across the AI spectrumfrom traditional ML and deep learning to Generative AI and Agentic AI. This includes hands-on experience with large language model customization and fine-tuning inference optimization agentic frameworks GenAIOps/AgentOps security RAG systems optimization and vector stores and prompt engineering. Strong communication skills and technical depth are essential with the ability to engage stakeholders from executives to developers translating complex technical concepts into clear actionable insights.

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with technical decision-makers focusing on enterprise-grade AI/ML architectures and generative AI solutions
- Design scalable secure and cost-effective AI solutions using AWSs comprehensive technology stack
- Create compelling technical content reference architectures and demonstrations showcasing advanced AI implementation strategies
- Foster knowledge-sharing and best practices within the AWS AI/ML expert community
- Collaborate across teams to accelerate customer success in AI implementation
A day in the life
As an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect at AWS you will work at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation engaging with business leaders and technical teams to design cutting-edge solutions across Machine Learning Generative AI and Agentic AI. Leveraging AWSs cloud infrastructure youll conduct executive-level discovery sessions architect full-stack AI systems and lead proof-of-concept implementations. Your role demands deep expertise in building scalable secure and cost-effective AI/ML solutions that meet enterprise governance and compliance standards. Youll translate complex customer requirements into robust technical architectures develop best-practice content and guide organizations in establishing responsible AI frameworksdelivering measurable business value through sustainable production-grade AI solutions on AWS.

- 7 years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience or degree in advanced technology
- 3 years of design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience with Data & Core AI/ML deep learning GenAI/LLMs RAG systems and architecture Agentic AI and autonomous systems
- Design leading and implementing POC for AI solutions with customers
- Experience in communication and presentation skills both written and verbal in Spanish & English
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Knowledge of data structures data modeling and database schema
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Proficiency in frameworks of GenAI and emerging technologies (Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Strands Agents Kiro and other frameworks of Agentic AI) from AWS or similar.
