SUMMARY
Cartesian Therapeutics is reimagining cell therapies with transformative technologies to bring a new generation of treatment options to patients with autoimmune diseases. With recent company growth we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team and support our front desk and office operations while contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:Serve as the first point of contact for visitors clients and employees ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Answer phone calls manage inquiries and direct them appropriately.
- SiteManagement:Maintaincleanliness and organization of kitchenetteand meetingareas. Monitor supplies restock as necessary and ensure a welcoming environment for staffand visitors.
- Corporate Event Planning:Assistin planning and booking corporate events includinglogistics catering and venue arrangements. Ensure events run smoothly and meet company standards.
- Ad Hoc Tasks:Support various teams with administrative tasks as neededdemonstratingflexibility and a proactive approach to workload management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience providing office and administrative support to include supporting senior management and multiple projects.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams). Experience using SharePoint a plus.
- Ability to proactively monitor and manage all inbound digital communications including responding to and actioning inquiries messages and requests received through Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and a commitment tomaintaininga professional environment.
- Ability to be on-site five days a week in our Frederick Maryland office during the core hours of 9:00 4:00.
