Manager Alumni Engagement ()
Responsibilities:
- Initiate plan execute programmes and organise U-wide and/or alumni events/activities with the purpose of building a long-term relationship with the alumni community; and
- Strengthening connections with alumni through regular contact and active support for alumni leaders and alumni associations is also a key area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree with at least eight years of solid experience with proven track record in managing events of considerable scale programmes activities and/or providing secretarial services to associations and committees;
- Relevant job experience in NGOs and higher education institutions are definite assets; and
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua are prerequisites.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit a written test and an interview.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
