Job Summary
Job Scope
- Coordinate with business functions and the logistics team on order fulfilment customer returns vendor returns.
- Handle and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers as well as daily operational issues.
- Perform SAP transactions and maintain accurate system records.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Logistics Department including reporting and indirect procurement.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in warehouse or logistics industry.
- Good command of Mandarin Cantonese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong team player with a genuine interest in resolving customer problems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hardworking independent selfmotivated and able to perform under pressure.
