The Compliance Coordinator assists in the enforcement of the community covenants by conducting community inspections within as well as assist with the architectural request process.
Qualifications:
- A clean driving record
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products
Job Duties:
- Learn the communitys CC&Rs Rules & Regulations and Design Guidelines
- Conduct drive through inspections
- Follow Board and/or Manager requests in regard to Compliance enforcement and Architectural process and procedures

- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while handling interruptions as part of the routine.
