POSITION DESCRIPTION AFPRR Support Staff Level II Reports To: AFPRR Supervisor FLSA: Non-Exempt/Hourly Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of Support Staff Level II is to perform billing data tracking and clerical duties including: - Perform billing duties
- Answering phones and greeting consumers
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining and logging utilization of petty cash
- Order supplies.
- Any and all other duties as assigned
| Job Qualifications: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Ability to develop and maintain data tracking systems (e.g. Excel spreadsheets)
- Good writing skills including the ability to draft letters and other correspondence
- The ability to generate timely and accurate billing for program services rendered
- Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Word Outlook and Excel
- Ability to develop or improve existing office protocols or work flow
- Ability to multi-task
- Cultural competence
| Certificates Licenses Registrations - High school diploma or GED required; some college or business courses preferred.
- Valid Michigan Drivers License or State ID
| Environment - Generally an office environment with a cubicle or reception area workstation
- Ability to travel and attend meetings at various locations may be required
- Some non-traditional hours such as evenings or weekends may be required
