Job Summary
Job Description: Customer Support Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service and provide coaching and training as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems for better customer support
- Handle escalated customer complaints and work towards effective resolutions
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in customer service management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support management role
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Previous experience working with CRM systems
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $100000 - $113000 USD per year
