管理并指导 Clinical Application Specialist 团队确保临床知识和教育支持在各类展会客户培训及区域活动中得到有效传递
深入理解产品线市场趋势销售流程及客户群体结合分析思维和商业经验制定并落实应用支持政策与策略
掌握行业最佳实践洞察竞争对手动态及市场信息推动公司产品方案在临床应用层面的融合与优化
负责团队建设与管理指导和培训团队成员提升整体团队产出与执行力
运用判断力解决复杂的市场产品线及客户问题提出创新解决方案合理利用内部及有限外部资源支持决策
作为客户与公司之间的接口建立并维护牢固的客户关系确保技术信息和临床教育的有效传递
主导全国范围内中等至大型项目确保资源合理分配与风险控制

基本资格

本科及以上学历医学生命科学或相关专业背景优先
在医疗器械或相关行业具有丰富的应用支持经验
优秀的口头与书面沟通能力能够在全国范围内有效影响合作伙伴与团队
杰出的人际关系和领导能力能够领导跨区域团队并推动全国性计划
具备战略思维和执行力能够同时协调多个区域项目
强大的问题识别与解决能力可靠的分析和组织能力
能够在全国范围内推动应用支持与临床教育提升市场份额和客户满意度
