Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Welding: Cut shape and weld steel and aluminum components to customize truck frames bodies and chassis.
• Upfitting & Installation: Install specialized equipment including liftgates dump kits service bodies and accessory packages.
• Blueprints & Specs: Read & interpret technical drawings electrical schematics and work orders to ensure precise high-quality fabrication.
• Safety & Quality Control: Adhere to safety protocols inspect finished work for structural integrity and troubleshoot fitment issues.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Welding Proficiency: Experience is a bonus. No certification is required.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints schematics and work-ready truck specifications.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with shop tools including torches plasma cutters grinders and presses.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces.
• Experience: Previous experience in truck upfitting automotive fabrication heavy equipment mechanics or automotive customization is desired but not required.
