EMEA Field Marketing Manager

This position will be responsible for defining and executing pan EMEA field marketing campaigns as well as providing field marketing coverage across the Nordics and Middle this role you will be part of Fastlys EMEA Field Marketing team reporting to the Director of EMEA Marketing. You will partner closely with local Sales and central Marketing teams to create thoughtful tailored and engaging marketing programs to drive net new pipeline for Sales. Were looking for a passionate creative curious self-starter with demonstrative experience in integrated campaign marketing and event management.. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships and driving alignment with Sales partners and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

What Youll Do

  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to create and execute integrated marketing plans across all key EMEA regions.

  • Support our vertical focus by executing pan EMEA campaigns across these verticals.

  • Define and execute marketing plans that drive net new pipeline for sales across Nordics and Middle East

  • Ensure all campaigns/events are executed within budget and that budget is fully spent at the end of each quarter

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing counterparts to develop and execute on account engagement strategy to generate new business pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities

  • Align with the EMEA Partner Marketing for events and other initiatives that are driven in cooperation with Fastlys Channel partners

  • Plan and execute on virtual and onsite events in regions of focus including trade shows customer round tables meetups webinars virtual conferences and other innovative online formats

  • Proactively engage with the Sales teams to coordinate communicate and optimise the impact of marketing activities; including upcoming initiatives both regional and global

  • Evaluate select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including event vendors local media publishers and agencies

  • Manage day-to-day requirements and deadlines including working with stakeholders to ensure marketing programs are executed with a high degree of quality

  • Monitor and report out on results of all marketing campaigns

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing for Software SAAS or Infrastructure businesses across EMEA

  • Native English language is a must. Secondary European language a bonus

  • Previous experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or field marketing role

  • Excellent communicator with a passion for forging relationships

  • Strong track record of proven ability to build and execute plans get buy in from stakeholders and communicate status and results

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to jump in and fill gaps

  • Willingness to work with remote teams in asynchronous ways

  • Experience building launching and reporting on ROI of campaigns

  • Experience managing vendors and coordinating deliverables with internal and external teams

  • Extremely organized and detail oriented

Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements

This position is a hybrid role based in the UK.

This position requires travel across EMEA both for event execution as well as alignment within the EMEA Marketing teams which will make up to 30% of your role as requested by your manager.
