As anOutbound SDR youre thefirst signalof Exotel the one who sparks curiosity builds relationships and opens doors with Indias top businesses. Youll play a key role in fueling Exotels growth engine by identifying qualifying and creating opportunities for our sales team.
What youll do
- Own the top of the funnel: Identify potential customers across sectors and reach out via calls LinkedIn and emails.
- Start meaningful conversationswith CXOs Founders and Product Heads about transforming customer communication.
- Qualify leadsthrough discovery understanding pain points decision-making processes and readiness to adopt.
- Collaborate with the Account Executivesto hand off well-qualified opportunities and strategize outreach campaigns.
- Experiment and iterateon messaging outreach sequences and tools to improve conversion rates.
- Track measure and shareinsights using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce).

- Have14 years of experiencein B2B sales / inside sales (preferably SaaS or tech).
- Enjoy thethrill of outbound researching accounts personalizing outreach and hearing yes after a series of nos.
