Mission

As an Application ProductionSupport Engineer you will ensure the stability availability andperformance of critical business applications in production environments.

Your responsibilities willinclude incident management monitoring troubleshooting and continuousimprovement of production systems while collaborating with internaldevelopment teams and external service providers to implement sustainableand scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Stability & Availability

• Monitor and maintain production applications ensuring high performance and availability.
• Participate in incident management processes including P1/P2 situation rooms and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Identify incident trends and contribute to permanent resolution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL governance and SLA standards within IT production.
• Execute change requests and application deployments following ITIL and DevOps processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues affecting business operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support critical applications.

Technical Support & Collaboration

• Act as a technical liaison for development teams supporting troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to design deploy and improve systems.
• Implement patches upgrades and system enhancements while minimizing user impact.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain technical documentation operational procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Share best practices and technical knowledge with global support teams.

Monitoring & Observability

• Implement and optimize monitoring and observability tools including Dynatrace.
• Collaborate with development teams and Centers of Expertise to define monitoring strategies.
• Promote observability culture to enable early detection of system issues.
