Compensation: Base salary paid over 14 months plus a daily meal allowance of 7.63
Additional Benefits: 45 monthly complexity bonus and a welcome bonus distributed in 12 monthly payments (extra 80)
Relocation Support: Shared housing provided for candidates relocating from outside Portugal (up to 12 months).
About the Position
Become part of a Polish-speaking customer support team working for one of the largest global e-commerce and digital service platforms based in this role you will assist customers with inquiries related to orders accounts and services combining product knowledge with strong customer care skills. There are 4 vacancies available all starting on 30 April.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in Polish via chat email and phone
- Assist customers with issues related to orders accounts payments and products
- Adhere to company procedures and escalation guidelines
- Achieve daily performance and quality targets
- Handle higher volumes of requests during busy and promotional periods
- Accurately record all customer interactions in internal systems
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in Polish
- Good command of English B2
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping environments
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic and solution-oriented approach
- Valid documentation: EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse or Work Visa Type D (valid or expired) with AIMA appointment plus NIF
- NISS is preferred (assistance can be provided if needed)
