Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative you will be the voice of a major global brand for the Dutch market:
- Omnichannel Support: Assist customers via Phone Email and Live Chat with their inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to orders billing account security or technical troubleshooting.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Provide high-quality friendly service that reflects the brands premium standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all customer data is accurately logged in the CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaboration: Work within a diverse international team to meet group performance targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Languages: Native or near-native level in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good command of English (B2).
- Communication: Natural empathy and a professional tone of voice.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs and digital tools.
- Mindset: A positive can-do attitude and a desire to live in an international environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts (MondaySunday).
