Relocation Support: Shared accommodation provided for candidates relocating from outside Portugal (up to 12 months).
About the Position
Join a Dutch-speaking customer support team working for one of the worlds leading e-commerce and digital platforms based in this role you will support customers with inquiries related to orders accounts and services combining platform knowledge with strong customer service skills. There are 4 openings available starting on 30 April.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support in Dutch via chat email and phone
Assist customers with order account payment and product-related issues
Follow internal procedures and escalation guidelines
Meet daily quality and productivity targets
Manage higher contact volumes during peak and promotional periods
Accurately log all customer interactions in internal systems
Candidate Profile
Fluency in Dutch
Good command of English
Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping platforms
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication skills with an empathetic and solution-focused approach
Valid documentation: EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse or Work Visa Type D (valid or expired) with AIMA appointment plus NIF
NISS preferred (support can be provided if needed)
