Compensation: Base salary paid over 14 months plus a daily meal allowance of 7.63
Additional Benefits: 100 monthly complexity bonus. and a 1500 welcome bonus distributed over 12 monthly payments (extra 125 a month)
Relocation Support: Shared accommodation provided for candidates relocating from outside Portugal (up to 12 months).
About the Position
Join a Dutch-speaking customer support team working for one of the worlds leading e-commerce and digital platforms based in this role you will support customers with inquiries related to orders accounts and services combining platform knowledge with strong customer service skills. There are 4 openings available starting on 30 April.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in Dutch via chat email and phone
- Assist customers with order account payment and product-related issues
- Follow internal procedures and escalation guidelines
- Meet daily quality and productivity targets
- Manage higher contact volumes during peak and promotional periods
- Accurately log all customer interactions in internal systems
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in Dutch
- Good command of English
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping platforms
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic and solution-focused approach
- Valid documentation: EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse or Work Visa Type D (valid or expired) with AIMA appointment plus NIF
- NISS preferred (support can be provided if needed)
