Job Responsibilities
- Drives the development of Operations strategies & align with global operations strategies
- Coordinates production distribution warehousing in accordance with policies principles and procedures.
- Reviews production costs and product quality and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.
- Capability enhancement of team thru training and learning initiatives performance management & talent management.
- Address issues and resolve problems where analysis of the situation or data requires an in-depth knowledge of end goals and objectives for the department or area managed.
- Provide input and ideas for improvement to internal processes to streamline work improve quality and reduce the likelihood of errors and problems.
- Lead coach and develop a team of employees or lead the functional area and collaborate with others inside and outside the company.
- Accountable for setting a department budget and making sure it is adhered to.
Education:Bachelors degree in mechanical/ production engineering MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in operations Experience in machine shop handling
