E-commerce Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead category launch go-to-market strategies and growth strategy as well as insight generation and streamlining of the end-to-end process for the Agri input category on Indias largest pesticide companys e-commerce platform.
• Expand new business/categories at the PAN India level develop growth and pricing strategies drive team expansion manage order fulfillment and generate business.
• Establish an integrated category plan to enhance the companys digital presence.
• Understand market trends and consumer choices to improve the consumer experience.
• Drive strategy planning top-line and bottom-line budget management for the above responsibilities.
• Analyze data and insights to determine industry and consumer trends create e-commerce product roadmaps and secure executive buy-in.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for major metrics goals tracking revenue tracking and other initiatives.
• Monitor and administer dashboards reports and key reporting tools highlighting key areas of importance in alignment with the companys goals.
• Stay current on industry trends competitive landscape and internal product development efforts.

Qualifications :

Candidates with 5 years of experience in e-commerce particularly in the eB2B space are encouraged to apply.

Please note that this is a Pune-based role.
