Overview of The Role

Saputo is seeking anIT Coordinator Regional Service Delivery - Canadafor anexisting opportunity within our organization. This person will provide Level 2 technical support to end users across Saputos enterprise environment while leveraging multiple support channels to diagnose and resolve issues of moderate complexity across infrastructure and software platforms. This role is ideal for a selfstarter with a strong passion for customer servicesomeone who takes pride in delivering a positive enduser experience is curious and quick to learn and takes ownership of issues through to resolution. You value structured service management processes actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and are comfortable innovating within established frameworks leveraging the latest technology. Working collaboratively with team-mates and crossfunctional teams you will support more than 3000 users across Canada with professionalism and consistency.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

  • Manage support incidents & work orders in Remedy ticketing service.

  • Respect SLAs in Remedy

  • Be able to perform on-demand computer hardware software installations in MS Windows.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge and technical capability across diverse and dynamic hardware technologies platforms and applications

  • Participate in the continued service improvement.

  • Participate in infrastructure equipment upgrade projects such as desktop computers specialized computers RFGuns Vehicle Mount computers printers etc.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or College certification

  • More than 3 years of experience in technical customer service/remote and deskside support

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software in large global organizations.

  • Customer service oriented with superior problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of Office 365

  • Understand Microsoft Active Directory and network services associated with (TCP-IP DNS DHCP etc.)

  • Virtual private network knowledge (VPN).

  • Preference for a resource with experience in a manufacturing environment and exposure to an AIdriven service desk automation and analytics.

  • Proactive and team oriented.

  • ITIL Certification is an asset.

Salary: $61985 - $81355

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience education skills and training.
