Clerical Officer Grade III
Applications are invited for the position of Clerical Officer at Bon Secours Hospital Tralee on a permanent basis (35 hours per week).
The successful candidate will work within the Clerical Administration Department (Radiology) and must possess the following at a minimum:
2 years office/administration experience essential experience in Radiology would be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team-player.
Excellent IT skills Excel Word typing skills.
Ability to multitask essential.
Excellent time keeping skills.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Motivation and dedication to providing quality and excellent service.
Ability to evaluate information and judge situations.
Flexible to changing needs.
