Job Summary

A Sales MIS Executive manages analyzes and reports sales data to drive strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include creating daily/monthly sales reports maintaining CRM databases generating dashboards and analyzing trends using Advanced Excel to support the sales team. This role ensures data accuracy highlights performance KPIs and supports sales operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to management and sales teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales marketing and finance teams to collect data and deliver accurate timely informa
  • Data Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily weekly and monthly sales reports performance dashboards and key metric trackers.
  • Data Management: Maintain clean and organize sales databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Pivot Tables Macros) is essential.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce SAP Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is preferred.
  • Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field with 1 3 years of experience in sales reporting or operations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with senior management.
