  • Deliver national sales revenue margin and profitability objectives.

  • Optimize product mix (tea premix variants vending solutions accessories).

  • Improve cost-to-serve through efficient service and operator productivity.

  • Channel Operator & Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Build and lead a strong network of vending operators institutional distributors.

  • Facilitating Activations

  • Collaborate with marketing for sampling menu rotation & visibility

  • Drive brand experience inside cafeterias & vending zones

  • Insights & Competition Monitoring

  • Track movement of competing solutions.

  • Champion innovation pipeline machine variants digital solutions

  • Organization Building & Leadership Development

  • Coach & mentor Teams of Premix & Vending business.

  • Build high-performance culture across sales service and operator ecosystem.
