- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews and manage interview feedback
- Drive offer management and candidate engagement until onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience hiring for analytics IT or consulting roles (preferred)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills
