The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing screening and closing positions for both technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for or Non-IT roles.
- Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles (BPO Sales Operations etc.)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR specialisation preferred)
- Experience working in a consultancy or corporate recruitment environment
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
