Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing screening and closing positions for both technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for or Non-IT roles.
  • Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
  • Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media and references
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process


Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles (BPO Sales Operations etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Good stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR specialisation preferred)
  • Experience working in a consultancy or corporate recruitment environment
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
