We are looking for a technically strong and results-driven recruiter specialising in VLSI and Embedded Systems hiring. This is a remote opportunity based in India supporting global clients (Australia US and beyond). You will play a key role in sourcing and closing niche engineering talent while working closely with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with global hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Deliver quality candidates within defined timelines
Specialised Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Naukri GitHub referrals and niche platforms
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of VLSI and Embedded engineers
- Apply advanced Boolean search techniques and market mapping
Technical Hiring Focus
Hire for roles such as:
- VLSI Design Engineers (RTL ASIC FPGA)
- Physical Design Engineers
- Verification Engineers (SystemVerilog/UVM)
- Embedded Software/Firmware Engineers (C/C RTOS Linux)
- Hardware/PCB Design Engineers
Candidate Management
- Conduct initial screening calls (technical cultural fit)
- Maintain strong engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Work with international clients and internal teams across time zones
- Provide insights on talent availability salary benchmarks and hiring trends
- Manage offer negotiations and closures
Requirements
Key Requirements
- 26 years of recruitment experience with a focus on VLSI / Embedded / Semiconductor hiring
- Strong understanding of:
- ASIC/FPGA design flow
- Embedded systems (RTOS firmware microcontrollers)
- Verification methodologies (UVM SystemVerilog)
- Proven success in closing niche technical roles
- Experience working with global clients (Australia/US preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit Odoo Greenhouse etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering background (Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science)
- Strong network within semiconductor and embedded talent pools
