Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and results-driven recruiter specialising in VLSI and Embedded Systems hiring. This is a remote opportunity based in India supporting global clients (Australia US and beyond). You will play a key role in sourcing and closing niche engineering talent while working closely with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with global hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Deliver quality candidates within defined timelines
Specialised Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Naukri GitHub referrals and niche platforms
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of VLSI and Embedded engineers
- Apply advanced Boolean search techniques and market mapping
Technical Hiring Focus
- Hire for roles such as:
- VLSI Design Engineers (RTL ASIC FPGA)
- Physical Design Engineers
- Verification Engineers (SystemVerilog/UVM)
- Embedded Software/Firmware Engineers (C/C RTOS Linux)
- Hardware/PCB Design Engineers
- VLSI Design Engineers (RTL ASIC FPGA)
Candidate Management
- Conduct initial screening calls (technical cultural fit)
- Maintain strong engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Work with international clients and internal teams across time zones
- Provide insights on talent availability salary benchmarks and hiring trends
- Manage offer negotiations and closures
Requirements
Key Requirements
- 26 years of recruitment experience with a focus on VLSI / Embedded / Semiconductor hiring
- Strong understanding of:
- ASIC/FPGA design flow
- Embedded systems (RTOS firmware microcontrollers)
- Verification methodologies (UVM SystemVerilog)
- ASIC/FPGA design flow
- Proven success in closing niche technical roles
- Experience working with global clients (Australia/US preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit Odoo Greenhouse etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering background (Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science)
- Strong network within semiconductor and embedded talent pools
- Experience in remote or offshore recruitment setups

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining robust and scalable applications technologies while leveraging Azure services. This role requires expertise in cloud-based development and database management particularly with Cosmos DB and MongoDB alongside Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design develop and maintain scalable applications using C# Core. Azure Integration: Develop and deploy applications on the Microsoft Azure platform utilising services such as Azure App Service Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps. Database Management: Work with Cosmos DB and MongoDB for database operations optimization and troubleshooting. DevOps Practices: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure seamless application deployment. Server Management: Manage and maintain application servers for hosting and scaling enterprise-grade applications. Code Quality: Write clean efficient and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments. Required Skills: Strong programming experience in C# Core/Framework. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure including services such as Azure App Service Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps. Proficiency in Cosmos DB and MongoDB for database development and management.( Not Mandatory Good to have) Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline setup and automation. Experience in managing and maintaining application servers. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Knowledge of REST APIs and micro services architecture. Exposure to cloud security best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
