We are a technology consulting and digital transformation firm supporting enterprise clients with project delivery and specialized IT staffing services across the US market. We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter who can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision and act as a trusted partner to account managers clients and candidates.
This role requires strong ownership mature communication skills and the ability to deliver consistently in a fast-paced client-driven environment.
Responsibilities

Own end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract contract-to-hire and full-time positions

Work directly with account managers and hiring managers to understand requirements and delivery priorities

Source screen qualify and submit candidates independently across multiple technology domains

Conduct in-depth candidate screening covering technical fit communication skills and client readiness

Manage interview coordination feedback loops offer discussions and onboarding support

Maintain continuous candidate engagement and pipeline readiness

Ensure accuracy and compliance across submissions documentation and ATS records
-
Meet delivery targets with minimal oversight and high quality standards
Required Qualifications

5 8 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment
-
Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment independently

Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2 C2C 1099)
-
Solid knowledge of US work authorizations and visa types.

Experience hiring across multiple technology stacks preferably Salesforce
-
Demonstrated comfort using AI-driven tools for sourcing screening and productivity

Ability to work effectively during US business hours (8:00 AM CST 5:00 PM CST)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders

Ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision

Experience working with system integrators consulting firms or MSP/VMS environments

Prior experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 500 clients

Strong negotiation and closure skills

Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics

Ability to mentor junior recruiters or support team delivery when needed
