Job Summary

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Finance & Accounting professional with strong SAP expertise to support and optimize financial processes. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP financial modules month-end closing activities and cross-functional business processes along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support end-to-end finance and accounting processes using SAP

Lead and execute month-end closing activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Analyze and improve financial processes within SAP to enhance efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on SAP financial processes

Ensure data integrity and compliance across financial modules

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

8 years of Finance & Accounting experience

5 years of hands-on SAP experience with strong technical and process knowledge

In-depth understanding of SAP financial modules and month-end close processes

Strong understanding of business process integration within SAP

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and train stakeholders

Proactive team player with strong relationship management skills
