Were currently supporting a high-visibility search for an experienced Group Leader IT Service Delivery Leader to design and drive a new global operating model for a leading professional services organization.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring 20 years of experience with at least 10 years in technology leadership ideally within a GCC (Global Capability Center) environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in:
- Leading teams across infrastructure application development InfoSec and AI
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOM) for IT services leveraging both captive and third-party providers
- Collaborating directly with CIOs and CISOs to align technology delivery with business priorities
- Managing third-party vendor relationships in India and ensuring seamless global delivery
- Scaling high-performing teams in a multi-platform compliance-sensitive environment
Experience with cloud AI automation and digital transformation is essential along with strong stakeholder management skills in complex matrixed organizations.
This role is based in India with occasional travel to the UK and Switzerland.
