Unit Manager Trainee

- Salary of 100900 plus super
- Flights provided from Perth
We are currently seeking a motivated and career-driven Unit Manager Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality or site-based career and develop into a Unit Manager role.
About the Role
As a Unit Manager Trainee you will work closely with the Site/Unit Manager to learn all aspects of managing daily operations. You will gain hands-on experience in leadership financial performance compliance and team development while supporting the smooth running of the site.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of site operations
Assist with leading and supervising team members
Monitor food safety workplace health & safety and compliance standards
Support rostering labour control and cost management
Deliver high levels of customer service
Assist with reporting and administrative duties
About You
Previous experience in hospitality catering or site-based operations
Strong communication and leadership potential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organised with good problem-solving skills
Committed to safety and compliance standards
Flexible and willing to learn
