Identity and Access Management Developer (One Identity Manager)

Resolve Recruit is partnering with a key Commonwealth Government agency to find highly skilled Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developers with experience in One Identity Manager.

This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to the enhancement and expansion of enterprise identity services supporting secure access management and governance across nationally significant systems and services.

In this role you will work closely with business stakeholders architects and support teams to deliver enhancements across the One Identity platform including integrations RBAC uplift and identity lifecycle improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customisations within One Identity Manager including value templates scripts and process tasks ()
• Design and build integrations between One Identity Manager and external systems (C# or ) APIs and web services
• Build and maintain web portal interfaces and UI extensions using Angular and TypeScript
• Deliver enhancements across identity lifecycle management including provisioning deprovisioning and RBAC
• Support the expansion of system integrations to increase IAM coverage across enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and document Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) requirements
• Contribute to testing activities across unit integration and system testing phases
• Support deployment activities in collaboration with technical and business change teams

Key Experience and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience with One Identity Manager (development configuration and customisation)
• development experience (C# or ) including API and integration design
• Experience with modern front-end technologies (Angular TypeScript)
• Proven experience delivering IAM / IGA solutions including RBAC and identity lifecycle management
• Experience working within Commonwealth Government environments (highly regarded)
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISM PSPF)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and business audiences

Work Arrangements:

This role is national (all states and territories) with fully remote / offsite working arrangements supported subject to operational requirements.
