Job Summary

We are looking for a Filmatic Maintenance Technician to join our clients team.

Salary and Benefits:

Negotiable

Responsibilities:

Install maintain and repair all Filmatic machines including rotary fillers and high-speed shrink wrappers
Respond quickly to mechanical and electrical faults using Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurrence.
Perform daily pre-start machine inspections to ensure calibration and operational readiness.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to execute daily weekly and monthly preventative maintenance schedules.
Prioritize critical tasks with the Supervisor and provide daily progress updates on all work.
Identify and request necessary spare parts early to avoid production delays caused by shortages.
Suggest and implement cost-saving measures and modifications to improve machine efficiency.
Comply with all SHEQ standards to maintain a safe clean and hazard-free workspace
Adhere to safety health environment and quality systems

Key Skills:

5 years of experience
Speed and accuracy of fault resolution

Qualifications:

Apprenticeship Trained/Certificate
