We are hiring a Selling Branch Manager with a strong outside B2B sales focus to lead and grow our Montgomery territory. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. You will be in the field building relationships opening doors and driving revenue. At the same time you will lead a team to ensure delivery matches the growth you create.

This role offers real autonomy-you will run your own territory with decision-making power shape the branch strategy and see direct results from your efforts.

What You Will Do

Build and execute a territory sales strategy
Generate new business through cold calling networking and in-person visits
Grow existing accounts and expand wallet share
Lead and motivate a team to fulfill job orders
Track pipeline activity and sales performance in CRM
Partner with clients to provide workforce solutions
Work closely with accounting to ensure timely collections

What We Are Looking For

2 to 3 years of sales experience required
Outside B2B sales experience strongly preferred
Comfortable prospecting and closing new accounts
Strong communication and presentation skills
Driven competitive and goal oriented
Staffing or industrial sales experience is a plus

$75000 base plus uncapped commission. Six-figure earnings are realistic for a producer who builds their book.
