JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking CRM & Integrations Administrator located in Lowell MA. The CRM Admin will serve as a key technical resource responsible for managing maintaining and enhancing the organizations customer relationship management (CRM) systems with a primary focus on Pivotal SFA (Avolin Software). The CRM & Integrations Administrator ensures the CRM environment runs efficiently supports end-to-end business operations and delivers accurate actionable data to drive sales and operational success.
This position partners closely with teams across Technology Sales Marketing and Operations to deliver new solutions resolve system challenges and expand automation capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumencapable of both hands-on system administration and translating business needs into scalable technical outcomes. While the immediate focus will be on optimizing and supporting Pivotal SFA this role will also help shape the organizations evolving CRM strategy including integration and future use of platforms such as Salesforce and other modern CRM technologies.
- Administer and maintain the Pivotal SFA CRM including configuration user setup permissions system monitoring and data quality management.
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions that improve efficiency and reporting visibility.
- Develop test and deploy system enhancements including workflows dashboards forms and automation rules.
- Partner with Engineering and IT teams to support bidirectional integrations between Pivotal SFA Salesforce and NetSuite using MuleSoft and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues diagnose root causes and maintain system stability across integrated applications.
- Manage data imports exports and synchronization between CRM ERP and marketing systems.
- Support system upgrades patches and version updates while coordinating testing and deployment.
- Maintain system documentation including configuration details workflows and best practices.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users to increase CRM adoption and productivity.
- Contribute to CRM modernization initiatives including expanded automation analytics and integration capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience as a CRM Administrator or similar technical role.
- 3 years partnering with Sales Marketing or Operations teams to develop automation and reporting solutions.
- 2 years supporting CRM/ERP integrations.
- 2 years developing SQL Server queries and custom reports.
- 2 years working with JavaScript for scripting or customization.
- 1 year of experience using MuleSoft for integrations.
- Hands-on experience administering Pivotal SFA.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models workflows and automation processes.
- Proficiency with SQL Excel and data management tools.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of sales processes and automation best practices.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Salesforce or other modern CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 HubSpot Zoho etc.).
- Familiarity with Tableau or other reporting/visualization tools.
- Understanding of APIs integrations and data migration frameworks.
- Experience with low-code automation tools (Power Automate Zapier etc.).
- Working knowledge of AWS Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
