What youll own
Cross-product strategy : define and manage roadmaps across a portfolio of products making trade-offs visible and keeping stakeholders aligned on what matters most.
Full product lifecycle : from launch through growth optimization and eventual sunset or migration. Youll partner with product engineering design and go-to-market teams at every stage.
Customer experience vision: define the end-to-end journey across web and mobile from sign-up and onboarding to ongoing use and contextual help.
Market intelligence: translate competitive analysis client feedback RFP trends and usage data into clear product strategy and prioritized initiatives.
Measurement & outcomes: track product effectiveness surface trends and continuously improve based on data and not assumptions.
Required
- 8 years in product management using agile methodology
- Experience in large matrixed organizations
- Proven track record driving product innovation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build consensus across functions on tough trade-offs
