Job Summary

Title: Marklogic Lead

Location: Erie PA

Long Term Contract

Need Locals/Nearby Candidates on W2 Only

Key responsibilities:

Leads the design development and maintenance activities.
Develops and maintains content ingestion validation and transformation workflows that populate the MarkLogic repository.
Develops and deploys XQuery modules and Rest APIs to support complex searches and queries against the MarkLogic repository.
Researches and develops POCs that help to demonstrate the business capabilities using MarkLogic.
Contributes to the definition and implementation the enterprise level practices.

Skills & Other Requirements:

Expert level skills and experience with MarkLogic with Strong understanding of MarkLogic internals features and configurations.
Advanced skills XML XQuery JSON and XSD required.
Excellent Data modeling skills and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases required.
Intermediate level programming skills in Java/J2EE including Spring and RESTful web-services required.
Knowledge of Distributed systems and ETL processes preferred.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. Experience of working in Global Delivery Model would be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
