Job Summary
Position: Lead Project Engineer for Onsite Project co-ordination and execution
Location: Menlo Park CA (Onsite)
Exp: 12 Yrs
Responsibilities:
Interact with customer to understand requirements of Projects.
Lead the planning design and execution of large mechanical and electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
Manage cross-functional geographically distributed teams to ensure on-time on-budget and high-quality delivery.
Partner with multinational clients to define requirements and resolve technical challenges.
Oversee project delivery in the energy domain ensuring adherence to international standards and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and coach engineering teams fostering technical growth and a culture of accountability.
Prepare and present detailed technical reports proposals and progress updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Having 12 years of experience in mechanical/electrical engineering project delivery with at least 3 4 years in the energy sector.
Valid US work permit with a minimum of 1-year remaining validity.
Proven success working with multinational customers and delivering complex large-scale systems.
Strong leadership and project management skills with experience managing diverse teams and significant budgets.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Desired Skills
Onsite project experience in the US or other international locations (preferred).
