What you will be doing:

Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements
Conduct legal research drafting discovery and motion practice
Handle depositions mediations and trial preparation
Advocate for clients in court proceedings and negotiations

Experience you will need:

Minimum 7 years of personal injury litigation experience
Experience handling cases involving: Bicycle accidents Bus accidents Car accidents Defective products Electric scooter accidents Motorcycle accidents Pedestrian accidents Premises liability Rideshare accidents Truck accidents Workers compensation
Strong knowledge of personal injury laws and litigation processes
Ability to manage cases independently
Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills
Proven track record of achieving successful case outcomes
