Job Overview

A growing plaintiff personal injury law firm in Dallas is seeking three experienced Litigation Paralegals to support high-profile attorneys across complex and high-value litigation matters including mass torts motor vehicle accidents catastrophic injury and workplace injury cases.

Please note that these are fully ONSITE positions. No hybrid or remote work is allowed for these roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts
• Manage litigation calendars and track all deadlines
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
• Organize review and manage case files and discovery materials
• Assist with discovery responses document production and case preparation
• Communicate with clients attorneys experts and opposing counsel
• Support attorneys during trials hearings and depositions
• Ensure compliance with eFiling procedures and court rules

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and eFiling systems
• Experience managing deadlines in high-volume caseload environments
• Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work onsite full-time five days per week

Role Breakdown (3 Positions Available)

Position 1 Mass Torts / Complex Litigation Paralegal

• Supports high-profile attorney handling mass tort litigation
• Prior mass tort or complex litigation experience required

Position 2 Auto & Trucking Litigation Paralegal

• Supports attorney handling auto accident and 18-wheeler cases
• Direct experience in motor vehicle litigation required

Position 3 Catastrophic Injury & Workplace Injury Paralegal

• Supports senior attorney and two associates
• Focus on catastrophic injury and workplace injury litigation

Preferred Skills

• Plaintiff personal injury law experience
• Trial preparation experience
• Strong familiarity with Texas civil litigation procedures
