Job Summary

Role: Tariff Mitigation Analyst
Location: Illinios/Wisconsion

Role Overview

The Tariff Mitigation Analyst is responsible for collecting validating and managing supplier data to support tariff reduction initiatives across Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. This role ensures accurate tariff application through detailed analysis of country-of-origin data HTS codes and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and manage requests for supplier tariff mitigation for Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers to gather data required for tariff mitigation activities.
Analyze and document Section 232 Steel & Aluminum weight and value of contents.
Capture and track IEEPA tariff reduction recovery (20% to 10% effective November 10 2025).
Review Bills of Materials (BOM) to quantify AG9817 exemption applicability.
Validate supplier country-of-origin information and HTS codes to ensure correct tariff percentage application.
Verify USMCA compliance for North American suppliers and ensure routine data updates.
Prepare and complete tariff agreements including documentation and detailed cost breakdowns of stackable tariff values.

Qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the JOB

Experience Range : 7 -10 Years
