Job Title: Administrative - Customer Support Associate
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Green Bay WI (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM CST
Start Date: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks and must be open to Temp to Hire (IN PERSON)
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
Shift Requirements: 8hr days; Variable start time from 8am-9am CST (IN PERSON)

Required Education: HS Diploma or equivalent Associates Degree Preferred
Work Location: Front Desk or Back Office
Minimum Experience Required: 1 years experience in a medical office or in the medical fields (HARD STOP) and experience that provides equivalent knowledge skills or abilities preferred.
Strong customer service background (REQUIRED).
Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills required.
Computer software applications proficiency required.
Must include strong reference.

- Responsible for providing service and sales in the home medical equipment showroom.
- Provides features and benefits of products to patients.
- Maintains certifications on equipment and supplies.
- Serves as the first point of contact in troubleshooting medical equipment in customer homes and in the store.
- Manages customer accounts to ensure insurance coverage is correct schedules appropriate follow up appointments with therapists and reviews follow up order requests.
