Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer issues related to products services billing or account information
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Provide product and service information to customers
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company policies procedures and service protocols
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Required Qualifications
1 3 years of experience in customer service call center or support roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience using CRM tools helpdesk systems or ticketing platforms
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Zendesk Salesforce Freshdesk or similar CRM tools
Previous remote customer support experience
Experience supporting US-based customers
Work Environment
