We are a U.S.-based distributor of quartz and stone slabs available inventory in Tukwila warehouse serving fabricators contractors and trade partners across the Greater Seattle area.
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales/Admin to support daily sales activities at our slab warehouse. This role focuses on handling inbound leads preparing quotes and actively following up to close sales and admin works.
Compensation
$50000 $60000/year base commission/bonus (based on performance)
What Youll Do
Contact leads prospect data provided by company.
Follow up field sales leads from sales managers.
Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (phone email walk-in customers)
Prepare and send quotations accurately and efficiently
Follow up consistently on quotes to close sales
Assist customers in selecting slabs at the warehouse/showroom
Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory reservations and order fulfillment
Maintain and update CRM/pipeline tracking
Support the Sales Manager in daily sales operations
What Were Looking For
13 years of sales inside sales or customer service experience
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication (phone & email)
Comfortable working in a warehouse/showroom environment
Organized responsive and results-driven
Basic computer skills (CRM Excel email)
Spanish is a plus
