Job Summary
We are a U.S.-based distributor of quartz and stone slabs available inventory in Tukwila warehouse serving fabricators contractors and trade partners across the Greater Seattle area.
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales/Admin to support daily sales activities at our slab warehouse. This role focuses on handling inbound leads preparing quotes and actively following up to close sales and admin works.
Compensation
$50000 $60000/year base commission/bonus (based on performance)
What Youll Do
- Contact leads prospect data provided by company.
- Follow up field sales leads from sales managers.
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (phone email walk-in customers)
- Prepare and send quotations accurately and efficiently
- Follow up consistently on quotes to close sales
- Assist customers in selecting slabs at the warehouse/showroom
- Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory reservations and order fulfillment
- Maintain and update CRM/pipeline tracking
- Support the Sales Manager in daily sales operations
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of sales inside sales or customer service experience
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication (phone & email)
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/showroom environment
- Organized responsive and results-driven
- Basic computer skills (CRM Excel email)
- Spanish is a plus
