Your Responsibilities
Brand Management
- You will manage all corporate branding and marketing materials ensuring consistency quality and alignment with the companys identity.
- You will work to position the company as a household name within the construction industry and beyond.
- You will support the development of tender presentations and corporate profiles that reflect the companys capabilities and achievements.
Digital and Online Presence
- You will grow the companys online presence across all platforms increasing followership visibility and engagement.
- You will develop and manage content that showcases the companys projects achievements and culture in an engaging way.
- You will manage the company website ensuring it is current professional and reflective of the brand.
Media and Communications
- You will handle media relations managing the companys reputation and ensuring positive coverage in relevant publications and platforms.
- You will manage company announcements publications and communications to ensure clarity and consistency of messaging.
- You will communicate company achievements and project milestones to internal and external audiences.
What Success looks like
- The companys online followership and engagement grow measurably and consistently across all platforms.
- The brand is consistently presented with quality and professionalism across all materials and channels.
- Media coverage is positive increasing and reflective of the companys achievements and capabilities.
- The company website and publications are current engaging and well-received by target audiences.
- The company is increasingly recognised as a leading name in the construction industry.
To be considered for this role you should have
- A Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Public Relations or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of branding and corporate communications experience from top companies.
- Experience in the construction industry of 2 to 3 years is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of growing online presence and followership across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong writing content creation and media relations skills.
- Experience managing corporate websites publications and brand materials.
