Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya is seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our Marketing Team.
In this role you will work collaboratively to communicate the unique appeal of our hotel and develop marketing initiatives
that drive guest engagement brand visibility and revenue growth.
As part of Marriott Internationalthe worlds largest hotel chainCourtyard by Marriott operates more than 1350 properties across over 60 countries and regions.
Our Nagoya property opened in 2022 and continues to grow as a dynamic and innovative presence within the city.
Our team is dedicated to launching fresh and original ideas from Nagoya. Recent initiatives include:
- Collaborations with wellknown characters and brands such as Moomin for themed afternoon tea experiences
- Hosting the Hotel Burger Rally in 2025 an event that will involve multiple hotel chains across Nagoya
We take pride in creating concepts that attract attention both locally and beyond and we continuously explore new ways to inspire and delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to maximize hotels publicity and drive the hotel revenue including:
- Planning and implementing seasonal and eventbased promotions and packages to support revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- PR activities including building relationships with media partners creating and distributing press releases and coordinating television coverage
- Digital marketing initiatives such as developing strategies using online travel agencies (OTAs) managing the official hotel website and social media channels and creating engaging digital contents
- Market research and competitor analysis including monitoring competitor hotel trends and identifying market needs to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in developing and executing digital marketing and social media strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work toward shared marketing goals
- Ability to communicate in English (reading writing and conversation)
- Creative thinking with the ability to propose new ideas and innovative approaches
- Strong selfmanagement skills with the ability to take initiative and execute responsibilities independently

Working Hours
Shift-based; 8 hours of work 1 hour break
**Primarily daytime shifts based on Mon-Fri/9:00-18:00 (no night shifts)
Days-Off and Leaves
- 111 days-off per year
- Paid annual leave
- Paid sick leave (5 days per year)
- Paid birthday leave (1 day per year)
- Paid special leave (weddings funerals etc.)
- Maternity childcare and nursing care leave
Salary & Bonus
- Merit Increase (March ever year)
- Annual performance bonus (March every year) **2025 actual: average 2.7 months
