Job Title: Bilingual PMO / Project Coordinator

Languages Required: English and Japanese N2/N3
Key Responsibilities
- Bilingual Communication & Translation: Act as the primary liaison between local teams and international stakeholders (specifically Japan clients) facilitating meetings and translating technical/business documents.
- Project Governance & Support: Support project planning scheduling risk management and documentation ensuring compliance with PMO standards.
- Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate project metrics to prepare and present weekly status reports dashboards and financial data (forecasts budget time tracking) to leadership.
- Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate cross-functional meetings prepare minutes and track action items to closure.
- Documentation Management: Maintain PMO standards templates and project documents in both languages.
Key Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English and Target Language e.g. Japanese/Korean (written and spoken).
- JLPT Requirement (if Japanese): JLPT N2 or N3 certification is generally required.
- Project Management Experience: 3 years of experience in PMO project coordination or bridge engineering particularly in IT/Software development.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with Jira Confluence MS Project and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
- Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall frameworks.
- Skills: Strong multitasking ability stakeholder management and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cross-border IT projects or system integration.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) - optional.
