Facilities Coordinator II
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of office facilities ensuring a safe clean and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance repairs and supplies.
- Monitor and manage facility-related budgets invoices and procurement processes.
- Assist in space planning office moves and workstation setups.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly to facility-related requests and issues from employees.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules inspections and service reports.
- Support sustainability initiatives and workplace improvement projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support events meetings and special projects.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to facility usage costs and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities coordination or office administration.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Tech-savvywith proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications(Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
