What youll do
- Youlllove what you do and take pride indelighting our guests:
- You willberesponsibleforrespondingto guest room calls and have the knowledge to make repairs ina timelyand efficient willfollow up withguestmanagersand fellow associatesregardingthe status/progress of the work you are engaged in for themall to ensure the guest receives nothing but the best experience.
- Has the ability to trouble shoot problems equipment and evaluate situations and arrive at the most effective and efficient way to resolve average knowledge of trades including brazing weldingproperwiring methods proper techniques for cosmetic and furniturerepairs. .
- You will communicatetothe supervisorwhen there is aneed foradditionaltools suppliesmaterialsor training to enable the execution of exceptional work.
- You willtrouble shoot problems equipment and evaluate situations toarrive at the most effective and efficient way to resolve the will alsoaccurately fill out tracking sheetslogsand inspectionprotocols.

While performing the duties of this job the employeeis regularly required tospeak and listen and isfrequentlyisrequiredto walk sit and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend stoop crouchusehand finger and wrist dexterity. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision depthperceptionand the ability to adjust focus. A full range of motion is alsorequired there will be times when crawling bending twisting reaching working with hands over your head will be needed. Balance and agility are also important. The employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions. They may be exposed to various noise levels. - Due to the nature of the hospitality industry employeesare required towork varying schedules including weekends and holidays to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
