As a Client Success Executive youll support the business development team while managing and nurturing strong client relationships. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams - account management ad operations and influencer managementto ensure seamless project execution that exceeds client expectations.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Serve as the liaison between local clients and the regional operations team facilitating proposal development and ensuring smooth project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account and influencer management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and proceed with related paperwork (contracts liquidations..)
- Up-selling/ cross-selling on available clients.
- Finding new business opportunities by approaching new clients
- Supporting the team to prospect pitch and close sales.
- Engaging in search and research to identify customers key needs.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Sales Account/ Client Success or a similar role in the digital marketing industry
- Experience in professional client relationship management.
- Proficient English.
- Strong communication presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills and well-organized with a good sense of responsibility
- Good strategic thinking analytical and listening skills.
- Clear mindset result-oriented with passion for work
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus
